Partial Coordination

​Ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding, but need set-up and tear-down assistance on the big day.

• Includes all services in the day-of coordination

• Ceremony and reception setup oversight and vendor management

• Oversight of reception break-down 

• Up to 12 hours day-of management and on-site facilitation

• Acting as point-of-contact for all vendors

• Distributing any final payments or gratuity to vendors

Day-of Coordination

Ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding but need assistance on the big day.​

• Initial pre-wedding consultation to discuss wedding vision, preferences and current progress

• Wedding-day timeline review & management

• Attendance and coordination of wedding rehearsal 

• Wedding-day coordination (up to 7 hours on-site facilitation)
